Audi Q4 e-tron Home Charging: Complete UK Guide (2026)

Charging Specs

The Q4 e-tron uses a Type 2 connector, which means every UK home charger will work. One variant quirk: the entry-level Q4 35 has a 7.4 kW onboard AC charger, while the 40/45/50 step up to 11 kW. On single-phase UK supply (most homes), all of them cap at 7 kW.

Best Home Chargers

Ohme Home Pro — Best for Smart Tariffs (£535)

Talks directly to Octopus tariffs and schedules itself to the cheapest slots.

Wallbox Pulsar Max — Best Compact (£496)

Among the smallest chargers on the market. Six colour options, well judged against the Q4's restraint.

Andersen A3 — Best Premium (£995)

Anodised aluminium, 247 colours, hidden-cable system. In keeping with the Audi's design language.
