GoElectric is a plain time-of-use tariff. Between 11pm and 6am you pay 6.66p/kWh. For the remaining seventeen hours you pay around 27.5p/kWh, depending on region. No smart charger integration, no vehicle API, no scheduling algorithm — set a timer and let it run.
That simplicity is the trade. Octopus and OVO will find cheap half-hours for you; EDF gives you a longer cheap window and expects you to use it.
Who It Suits
