Installation quotes · three short sections
One clear brief. Up to three responses.
Start with the address, describe the property and say whether you have a charger in mind, then choose whether installers should email or phone first. Email, phone and the full installation address are required so the brief can be acted on.
What happens next
A small, traceable handover.
- 01
Confirm the address
Give the postcode and full installation address so we can choose installers whose recorded coverage includes the property.
- 02
Describe the installation
Choose the property status and parking arrangement, then name a preferred charger or leave the recommendation open. These answers give installers the practical shape of the job.
- 03
Set the contact order
Add your name, email and phone number, then say which contact route installers should try first.
- 04
Compare written responses
Up to three installers selected by postcode coverage receive the same brief. You can accept one response or none.
Before you submit
Exactly what is shared.
TeslaCharger receives the request and sends the same installation brief to up to three installers selected by postcode coverage. The brief contains your name, email, phone number, address, property status, parking arrangement and the charger response you chose, plus any vehicle, tariff, grant or annual-mileage context you supplied.
Your first-contact preference tells installers whether to email or call first; both contact details are included. Email delivery and form-backup providers process the request for us, with details and retention set out in the privacy policy.
If an installer does not communicate well, reply to the confirmation email. That gives you a documented route back to TeslaCharger without submitting another form.
Common questions
Before you send the brief.
Is the quote request free?
Yes. Sending the request and receiving responses is free, and there is no obligation to appoint an installer.
How are installers selected?
The request is matched against the postcode coverage recorded in our installer registry. We send it to no more than three matching installers.
What information does an installer receive?
They receive your name, email, phone number, installation address, property status, parking arrangement, the charger response you chose and any EV, tariff, grant or annual-mileage context you supplied. Your contact choice tells them whether to email or phone first.
Will anyone call me?
Possibly. Your phone number is included with the brief. Your preference tells installers whether to email or call first; choosing email first does not mean your phone number is withheld.
When should I expect a response?
Matched installers are asked to provide a written response within 24 hours. Survey and installation timings depend on their availability and the work required.
What if communication is poor?
Reply to the TeslaCharger confirmation email. That keeps the request identifiable and gives you a direct route to report slow or poor communication.
